About ZaMa Bakery

Welcome to ZaMa Bakery — a small, home-based bakery in South Calgary, created with a love for baking, creativity, and the little things that make people smile.

I have been a professional baker since 2018, and Calgary has been an important part of my baking journey since 2022. While I had been taking on baking projects and side orders along the way, September 2026 marks the official beginning of ZaMa Bakery.

ZaMa Bakery is a one-person business. I personally make, prepare, pack, and care for every order that leaves my kitchen. I work in small batches and put a lot of attention into every detail because I believe handmade products should feel personal.

Made by hand, made with care

At ZaMa Bakery, you'll find Zefir— a delicate, marshmallow-like dessert with a wonderfully gentle texture — handmade lollipops, cookies, and unique cookie cutters.

Most of my sweets are made to order or in limited weekly batches. This allows me to keep the products fresh and gives me the opportunity to pay attention to every order individually. Because everything is made in small batches, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared.

I use quality ingredients and food-safe packaging, bringing the experience and standards I've developed throughout my professional baking career into my home kitchen.

A little creativity goes a long way

ZaMa Bakery is not only about sweets.

I also design my own cookie cutters, turning ideas into practical tools for other bakers and creative people. Each cutter is designed by me and 3D printed here in Calgary.

I love the idea that something I create can become part of someone else's creativity — whether you're making cookies for a birthday, a holiday, a special event, or simply because you felt like creating something beautiful.

More than just baking

For me, baking has always been about more than ingredients and recipes.

It's about being part of people's celebrations, little victories, special moments — and sometimes even the difficult days when a small sweet treat can make things feel a little better.

I want ZaMa Bakery to be a place where quality comes first, creativity is encouraged, and customers feel that there is a real person behind every product.

I'm proud to be building this little business here in Calgary, one small batch and one order at a time.
