Food Products

Due to the nature of our products and for food safety reasons, all food sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for food items, including cookies, lollipops, and other edible products.

If your food order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, work with you to find a suitable solution.

Cookie Cutters

We accept returns of unused cookie cutters within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The cookie cutter must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must not be damaged, modified, or altered.
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order before sending an item back.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Cookie Cutters

If your cookie cutter arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

Custom or Personalized Items

Custom or personalized cookie cutters are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different cookie cutter, please return the eligible item according to the policy above and place a new order.
